not so typical fitness
personal training for anxious, nervous or neurodivergent adults
Training with me means no more feeling lost, judged, or overwhelmed. I help neurodivergent women and beginners cut through the noise, ditch the shame, and finally feel like fitness is for them.

Why Me?
Because I get it. Truly.
I’ve lost over 100lbs without surgery or shortcuts. And yes, I’ve gained some of it back. Life is messy. So is healing. But I never gave up; and I never will.
I’m autistic. I have ADHD. I know what it’s like to feel out of place in gyms, overwhelmed by advice, and stuck in all-or-nothing thinking. That’s why I coach differently.
This isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about building confidence, understanding your body, and learning how to move in ways that actually work for you.
Fitness that works with your brain, not against it.
After being diagnosed with autism and ADHD at 30, everything clicked. Including why fitness felt harder, gym spaces felt overwhelming and why typical plans never stuck.
I’m a qualified personal trainer with lived experience, specialising in fitness for neurodivergent minds. My approach is reimagined to support sensory needs, executive function and real-life motivation.
With qualifications in gym instruction, nutrition and personal training (and more in progress) I combine professional tools with deep personal understanding to help you feel seen, supported and successful in your fitness journey.
