Fitness that works with your brain, not against it.

After receiving my AuDHD (autism & ADHD) diagnosis at 30, everything finally made sense; why fitness always felt different for me, why traditional approaches left me overwhelmed, and why I struggled with gym environments that others didn’t.

As a qualified personal trainer specialising in neurodivergent fitness, I combine my professional expertise with lived experience to create training approaches that actually work for autistic and ADHD minds.

My qualifications include Level 2 Gym Instruction, Level 2 Nutrition, Level 3 Personal Training and currently working towards my Level 4 Nutrition and Weight Management with Athletic Performance. But my most valuable asset? Understanding firsthand the sensory challenges, executive functioning hurdles and motivation patterns unique to neurodivergence.

I don't just adapt traditional fitness methods, I completely reimagine them to work with your brain, not against it. Whether you're dealing with sensory overwhelm, inconsistent energy levels, or gym anxiety, I've been there and have developed effective strategies to help you not just survive, but thrive.

Finally I know who I am:

I have autism, ADHD and I can help people with personal training!

But hey, it’s better late than never.

Through writing, speaking and creating content on my YouTube channel, I discuss the ups, the downs, the good and the bad of a late diagnosis of AuDHD (autism and ADHD).

As a personal trainer, I show others that it is OK to be different. And being different doesn’t mean you’re broken. I find ways to make health and fitness work with your brain. Avoiding burnout and sensory overwhelm. With me you can learn how to prioritise your health in a way that works for you.
