I founded Not So Typical Fitness to be about more than just sessions in a gym. I know what it is like to be different; I’m autistic, have ADHD.

Not So Typical Fitness offers support that fits your brain, your body, and your life.

Whether you're just starting out or trying again after burnout, I offer flexible coaching that is sensory-aware and made for neurodivergent people.
