Personal Training for Neurodivergent Minds

Traditional fitness approaches often aren't designed with our brains in mind. My training programs are different and built specifically for neurodivergent minds, sensory needs and executive functioning patterns.

My Approach

  • Person taking a gym mirror selfie, wearing purple leggings and a colorful top, with gym equipment visible in the background.

    Sensory-Aware Training

Environments, movements, and equipment selected to prevent overwhelm and maximise comfort.

  • Two people stretching on grass, performing a yoga pose, with hands extended forward.

    Executive Function Support

Flexible scheduling, reminders, and accountability systems that work with ADHD and autistic brains.

  • Person lifting dumbbell in gym with brick wall background.

    Routine Building

Gradual, sustainable habit formation that avoids the burnout cycle

  • Group exercise class with people holding kettlebells on a wooden floor.

    Embracing Your Strengths

Focus on what your unique neurotype brings to fitness rather than trying to force neurotypical approaches.

  • You have been truly inspirational today – thank you!
