Having struggled with depression, anxiety and an on-going eating disorder, I can offer support and strategies to try to make fitness enjoyable. Even when life is hard, exercise and fitness can be a place to escape to and has the added benefit of releasing endorphins and dopamine (both of which are mood enhancing!).
