
Gym Based Personal Training: Wolverhampton
If you’re based in the Wolverhampton area you can book in-person personal training sessions with me. These take place at various gyms in Wolverhampton including JD Gyms and Codsall Leisure Centre.
Codsall Leisure Centre
The gym at Codsall Leisure Centre provides a wide range of cardio, fixed and free weights available to both members and non-members. Their fitness suite is attached to the high school and as such as varying opening hours which should be considered if wanting sessions here. Prices start at £35/hour when booked in a block of 10. Ad-hoc sessions are bookable individually at £45/hour.
JD Gyms
As a 24 hour gym, JD Gym can be a good choice if you want flexibility when it comes to appointments. I’m a member of the gym team so can offer you inductions and various group exercise classes with me during my working hours and alongside your in-person sessions. Prices start at £29.50/hour when booked in a block of 10. Ad-hoc sessions are bookable individually at £40/hour.
