Home Based Personal Training
If you’re based in the Wolverhampton area you can book in-person personal training sessions with me. If you prefer to exercise outside of a gym I am able to come to your home or run sessions outside at certain locations. This is subject to suitability of your home. Contact me today to arrange an informal chat and see if we can get you started on your health journey.
