Online Fitness Coaching
Train in your safe space, in a way that works for you.
Online Fitness Coaching
Traditional online fitness programmes assume neurotypical motivation patterns, executive function and sensory preferences. These can leave you feeling set up to fail before you even begin. I do things differently.
As an autistic personal trainer with ADHD, I've created an online coaching system that works with your neurodivergent brain rather than against it.
My Approach
-
Sensory-Aware Training
Environments, movements, and equipment selected to prevent overwhelm and maximise comfort.
-
Executive Function Support
Flexible scheduling, reminders, and accountability systems that work with ADHD and autistic brains.
-
Routine Building
Gradual, sustainable habit formation that avoids the burnout cycle
-
Embracing Your Strengths
Focus on what your unique neurotype brings to fitness rather than trying to force neurotypical approaches.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time is required?
The beauty of my online coaching program is its flexibility. Most clients achieve great results with 3-4 workouts per week, each lasting 30-45 minutes. However, I'll design your program based on your actual availability—whether that's shorter, more frequent sessions or fewer, longer workouts. The plan adapts to your energy levels and executive function capacity, not the other way around.
What equipment do I need?
You can get started with minimal equipment. Many clients begin at home with a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells. As we progress, I might suggest additional items based on your goals and space, but I'll always provide alternatives if certain equipment isn't accessible. The focus is on creating a sustainable program with what you have available. Some clients will complete their scheduled workouts in a gym that works for them; there is no set requirement, you can exercise wherever feels best for you.
How is this different ?
Unlike generic online fitness programs, my coaching is built specifically for neurodivergent minds. This means sensory-friendly exercise options, flexible scheduling that accounts for energy fluctuations, visual guides rather than just text instructions, and decision-free workout options for high executive function demand days. Most importantly, you'll work with a coach who understands firsthand how neurodivergence affects fitness journeys—no explaining or masking required.
How do check-ins work?
Check-ins are completely customisable to your preferences. We can connect via video call, voice call, or text chat—whichever feels most comfortable for you. During these sessions, we'll review your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your programme as needed. You choose the frequency and format that works best for your communication style and routine.
